We like to join you on property tours of apartment complexes so we can make sure that you are getting all the information possible from a complex representative and have been known to ask “all the right questions” before you sign a lease with a property. But we can also just provide you a list of properties for you to tour on your own time if that is more convenient for you.

How our services work?
You contact us by email or phone and speak to one of our highly reviewed Realtor Leasing Agents and they will ask you questions about your move. Such as: Do you have pets? When do you need to move? What is your budget? Are you looking for outdoor space? What neighborhood is your top pick?
Then from there we customize a list of properties that meet your criteria and send it to you for review. You can mention to us specific properties you have seen so we can check rates, availability, and for specials that would benefit you all without having to leave the comfort of your home to go driving around and wasting your time looking at properties that don’t have what you need.
From there you are able to set up times to go with the agent to visit properties or can go on your own time. It’s up to you! But our agents work 7 days a week and set aside as much time or multiple time slots for you to visit properties.
